4. AI and Automated Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by Anthropic, to analyze and optimize content you submit. Your content may be processed by these AI systems to deliver the Service. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publication or use.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- AI providers: Anthropic and other AI service providers necessary to deliver content optimization features.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Retention

Content drafts, brand guidelines, and connected data source credentials are deleted upon account closure unless you request earlier deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of credentials at rest, HTTPS for all data in transit, access controls, and JWT-based authentication. Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
8. Your Rights and Choices
8.1 Access and Correction
You may access and update your account information through the Service settings at any time.
8.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at privacy@cxops.cloud. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
8.3 Data Portability
You may export your content drafts and related data through the export features available in the Service.
8.4 Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
8.5 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. You cannot opt out of transactional or service-related communications while your account is active.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
